Iframe scenarios

All iframe URLs use the base host https://web.wander-app.com. Replace {mapId} and example record IDs with values supplied for your Wander map.

List embed

Use /listembed/{mapId} to render a curated list or direct set of POIs on a map.

If you omit the camera parameters, the embed fits the POIs once on initial load. With direct POIs, keep days in the same order as pois; for example, pois=a,b,c&days=1,1,2 assigns the first two POIs to day 1 and the third to day 2.

Include allow="geolocation". Without it, visitor location falls back to coarse IP location and is excluded from movement analytics. See Attribution & analytics.

To turn the embed into a map of one page’s own listings rather than the whole destination, pass that page’s POI IDs and set showAllPOIs=false:

Full map embed

Use /{mapId} for the complete Wander map experience. This surface includes search, filters, a sidebar, POI details, events, authentication flows, and a built-in AI concierge panel.

Camera values in the URL take precedence over the map’s saved defaults. If neither exists, the camera uses zoom 14, bearing 0, and pitch 0, centered at latitude 0 and longitude 0.

Use /simpleembed/{mapId} for a minimal map focused on one POI with an Explore button.

Events calendar embed

Use /eventsembed/{mapId} to add a map-free events calendar.

Legacy URLs

/betaembed/{mapId} redirects to /{mapId} and preserves its query parameters. The older /embed?mapId= form also redirects and translates its legacy parameter names. Both remain supported, but use the current URL patterns for new integrations.
