Wander records embed traffic with platform: embed. It identifies the host site from the containing page’s referrer.

Do not set Referrer-Policy: no-referrer on pages containing Wander embeds. Without the referrer, Wander cannot identify the host and buckets the visit as direct traffic.

Links leaving an embed, including share links and app links, carry Wander UTM attribution automatically. utm_campaign is the map ID, and utm_medium identifies the share surface.

For list embeds, include allow="geolocation" on the iframe. Without it, visitor location falls back to coarse IP location and is excluded from movement analytics. See the list embed setup.

Embeds do not accept inbound UTM or visitor parameters. Do not add visitor identifiers or campaign parameters to an embed URL.
